IFS THERAPIST
glad you’re here
Becca Berghorn, LMFT
We aren’t meant to live life alone. I know this from experience. Over the past several years, I’ve invested deeply in my own journey, seeking support through individual counseling, group connections, and business coaching. Before finding these powerful connections, I often felt bogged down, simply getting by when challenges came my way—disconnected from the energy that comes with living in alignment with purpose and passion.
Today, I am moving forward with clarity, creating a meaningful life in my relationships, work, and family. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I understand the courage it takes to seek support, and I’m here as a compassionate guide on your journey. Life can be challenging, but with the right resources and support, you can navigate it with strength, finding a path of true purpose and fulfillment.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which offers a compassionate and transformative path to self-discovery and healing. IFS recognizes that each of us has many "parts"—distinct inner voices, emotions, or reactions that can arise in different situations. While some parts help us navigate life smoothly, others might hold onto difficult experiences, emotions, or beliefs that can keep us feeling stuck.
In our work together, we’ll explore these parts with curiosity and respect, creating a safe space for you to understand and connect with each one.
Through the therapeutic process, you’ll learn to gently unburden parts of yourself that have been weighed down by past experiences, making space for a renewed sense of calm, confidence, and self-compassion. My role is to guide you, helping you build practical skills and deeper insights that foster personal growth and resilience.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking more harmony within yourself, IFS offers a supportive path toward feeling more integrated, grounded, and empowered.
